Scope
This policy applies to information processed when you visit or interact with Shitcoining.com. It does not govern independent launchpads, explorers, analytics providers, wallet services or other third-party websites reached through our links.
Information handled
The Site does not require a visitor account and does not intentionally ask for your name, mailing address, telephone number, wallet address, government identifier, financial-account credentials, seed phrase or private key.
Like most websites, the hosting and security infrastructure may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site. This can include IP address, approximate region derived from IP, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested URL, timestamps, response status, error information and basic page-view or performance measurements.
Calculator and contract inputs
Values entered into the position-sizing and profit-and-loss calculators are held in your current browser session and are not intentionally transmitted to or stored by the Site operator. A contract address entered in the research router is used in your browser to construct outbound research links. It is not intentionally stored by the Site application.
A name, ticker or contract entered in the global token lookup is sent to the Site's server to return matching public market information and may be forwarded as a search request to CoinGecko and DexScreener. The Site application does not intentionally add those searches to a visitor-profile database, although ordinary request logs may be retained temporarily by hosting or data providers. Do not enter personal or confidential information in a token-search field.
When you open an outbound research link, the destination service receives the URL and ordinary request information directly from your browser under its own policy.
How information is used
Technical information may be used to deliver pages and market-data responses; maintain security and prevent abuse; diagnose errors; understand aggregate traffic and performance; comply with legal obligations; and protect the rights, safety and integrity of visitors, the Site and service providers.
No sale or targeted advertising
Shitcoining.com does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. The Site currently contains no paid launchpad placements or affiliate links. If those practices change, this policy and nearby disclosures will be updated before the new practice begins.
Retention
The Site operator does not maintain a separate visitor-profile database for this version of the Site. Hosting, security and infrastructure providers may retain technical logs for operational, security and legal purposes according to their configurations and policies. Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable obligations.
Privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; or appeal a privacy-request decision. Because the Site does not maintain visitor accounts, we may need enough information to verify that a request relates to you, and in some cases we may have no identifiable Site-operator record to provide.
California residents may also request information about categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes and disclosures. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Authorized agents must provide authority to act and may be subject to verification. Children
The Site is intended only for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted information to the Site, contact us so the issue can be investigated.
Security and transfers
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect the Site, but no online system is completely secure. Infrastructure providers may process technical information in the United States or other locations where they operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
Never send or enter a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or exchange credential on Shitcoining.com. The Site will never request them.
Third-party sites
Third parties have their own privacy, cookie and security practices. Review them before connecting a wallet, creating an account or submitting information. Shitcoining.com is not responsible for independent third-party practices.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated as the Site, providers or legal requirements change. A new effective date will appear at the top. Material changes will be presented prominently when appropriate.
