Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Shitcoining.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and the incorporated Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosures. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility and local law

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these terms. Digital-asset information, token creation and trading may be restricted where you live. You are responsible for determining whether your activity is lawful and for complying with applicable laws, taxes, sanctions and third-party platform rules.

What the site provides

The Site is an informational and entertainment portal offering public market-data displays, a curated launch-platform directory, educational material, research shortcuts and simplified calculators. The Site does not execute trades, create tokens, connect wallets, hold assets, provide custody or accept investment funds.

No advice or financial service

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting or tax advice. Content is not individualized and is not an offer, solicitation, recommendation, rating, promise of return or instruction to buy, sell, hold, create or promote any asset.

Shitcoining.com is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, wallet provider, custodian or fiduciary. No advisory, brokerage, agency, partnership or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Site.

Digital-asset risk

Memecoins and other digital assets are highly speculative and can become worthless. Risks include volatility, illiquidity, concentrated ownership, manipulation, malicious or changeable contract logic, exploits, phishing, wallet compromise, regulatory action, taxes, failed transactions and irreversible loss. A listing, audit, verification, liquidity lock, renounced contract or launchpad graduation is not a guarantee of safety or value.

Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful personal or business research. You may not use it to violate law; infringe rights; promote fraud, phishing, market manipulation or deceptive token activity; distribute malware; probe or disrupt security; overload or circumvent the Site; impersonate the Site or its operators; misrepresent an affiliation or endorsement; or collect data through abusive automated means.

Normal search-engine indexing and ordinary sharing of public page links are allowed. We may restrict access or take reasonable protective measures when misuse threatens the Site, its users or third parties.

Third-party services

Launchpads, explorers, analytics services, approval tools and other links are operated independently. Inclusion is not an endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, audit or guarantee. We do not control third-party content, contracts, fees, privacy practices, security, availability or wallet interactions.

You use third-party services at your own risk and under their terms. Independently verify the domain, contract address, network, spender, approval amount and transaction before connecting a wallet or signing.

Data and calculators

Market data can be cached, delayed, incomplete, unavailable or wrong. Providers may use different supply, volume and market-cap methodologies. Calculator results are simplified illustrations based on your inputs and exclude many real-world execution variables. Verify important information with primary sources before acting.

Some catalog, pricing, market and token-artwork data is provided through the CoinGecko API, which is owned by Gecko Labs Pte. Ltd. and is used subject to CoinGecko's applicable API terms. CoinGecko does not operate, sponsor or endorse Shitcoining.com and is not responsible or liable for this Site, its presentation of the data, visitor decisions, financial outcomes, interruptions, inaccuracies or misuse. Shitcoining.com assumes responsibility for its integration and for the disclosures and warnings presented to visitors.

DEX-pair discovery may be supplied by DexScreener. Provider data and access may not be extracted, resold, redistributed, syndicated, used to bypass provider limits or presented as though a provider sponsors this Site. Visitors must also comply with the applicable provider terms.

Intellectual property

Original Site branding, text, organization, design and code are owned by or licensed to the Site operator and protected to the extent permitted by law. Third-party names, marks and product identifiers belong to their owners and are used only for identification. Their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

You may link to public pages and quote brief portions with attribution. You may not copy the Site wholesale, remove notices, create a confusing imitation or use the Shitcoining.com name or branding to imply approval. Copyright or trademark concerns may be sent to legal@shitcoining.com.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content, data, tools and links are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, title, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, security, availability or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that content is current, errors will be corrected or third-party services are safe.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site operator and its affiliates, contributors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages; lost profits, opportunities, data, goodwill or digital assets; wallet compromise; trading loss; or loss arising from reliance on content or use of third-party services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability arising from the Site will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid directly to Shitcoining.com for the relevant Site service during the preceding twelve months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Site operator and its affiliates, contributors and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these terms or infringement of another person's rights.

Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site and may update these terms. Material revisions will be identified by a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Historical or cached content may remain accessible for a time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to the Site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

General provisions

If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, transfer or sale of the Site. These terms and the incorporated policies are the entire agreement regarding use of the Site.
